How come I only hear this from women? Do guys ever say this....?
Well I really don't think so......cos really all the good ones are taken somehow when you are in yr 30s. Why? cos for guys the choice of women gets larger as the guys grow older cos the youngers girls are getting older.....but for women...the pool just get smaller and smaller ...well, unless u are in for younger men..nothing wrong with that too.
Taken....nowadays is not just married....we have to face the unbearable truth that they are gay. it sucks......finding a good ok-looking is already like looking for a needle in a haystack and when u find one.......first u look for the ring..check-none- great but wait.......is he looking the other way??!!!
So for Soos...who is kinda infatuated on her latest target...yoga instructor, we had a fun time guessing. He is in his late 30s, single, he works in a gym - smells gay....but lets be positive.
So she checked with a friend, who know a friend who has a friend working with him..........ok the story he is straight...great...but apparently he hooked up with someone recently. So Soos was kinda disappointed but it's ok she can still try, right!
Then another friend told this friend and told Soos another piece of news...he is gay! Oh no...who to believe?
So I checked with my connections in my gay community friends.... the message came back..."confirmed gay"
It is past midnight, kinda late to call Soos, let's give her a good nite sleep and dream that not all the good ones are taken. She can face the reality tomorrow...

That's usually because most goof guys are looked over by women very early. Young women want the fast guys, the exciting guys that want to have fun. For the most part, all the geeks are just friends or a kick of dust in the wind. Nice guys who always finish last.
It's just that it is those geeks, those nice guys that become the good ones and at the end of it, it takes someone who knows what they are looking for to earn their affection.
Being one of those guys before, I always hated being ditched around by women like that. Now of course I can say, "Tough. You deserve it". Nothing personally directed of course. This post just reminded me of a past I've never liked.
hi kamigoroshi, I agre that life is not fair sometimes and everyone probably have made mistakes in love and did not get their affections reciprocated. However, there are 2 sides to the coin, while yes the geeky guy sometimes finish last but the same probably goes for geeky girls. I guess not everyone will be as lucky to get everything they want and more often than not, we will likely be hurt (that goes for whether u are super beauty of just plain jane) but in love, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. And if it is not meant to be, it is just not! there will be another who will be just right, you love and loves you right back. That I have faith in.
